Collecting useful feedback after a plumbing demo

A broad question such as “Did you like Ava?” gives little guidance about whether the business could use the workflow in its actual office.

01

The decision to make first

A broad question such as “Did you like Ava?” gives little guidance about whether the business could use the workflow in its actual office. Ask about the accuracy of the business context, the usefulness of the intake and the next operational change the buyer would need.

02

What the handoff should contain

Capture optional business contact, tested scenario, incorrect fact, missing question and requested follow-up without asking for real customer examples.

03

Suggested wording to approve

Example wording: “Which part of the request or handoff would your office change? Please describe the workflow using fictional details rather than a real customer’s information.”

04

Test the difficult case

Test feedback submission with no contact details, a reported factual error and a request for a pilot consultation. Do not turn positive demo feedback into a public testimonial or a claimed customer result without an appropriate separate basis.

05

Worked example

Fictional example: A buyer says the demo asked for a postcode too late and would prefer the service-area question first. Save that workflow feedback without requiring a real customer example. If they also request a consultation, keep that separate contact purpose visible rather than treating the feedback as permission for unrelated marketing.

06

Review it in operation

Review feedback by actionable workflow change and close the loop on corrected public business facts before the next demonstration.
